The St. Regis just debuted its new restaurant concept: Alhambra - focused on modern Mediterranean and French cuisine, the kitchen is lead by Executive Chef Sébastien Giannini and Executive Pastry Chef Thierry Delourneaux. Expect fresh, local ingredients in haute-cuisine style dishes that include Scallops a la Plancha, Rockfish served over chorizo, cherrystone clams, and Tuna Tartare with date puree, harissa paste and quail's egg yolk.

$12 bowls at downtown Italian restaurant, Bibiana. The new Seven Bowls menu is available weekdays at the bar and guests can select one featured bowl - varieties include Polenta with wild mushrooms, cheese fonduta and rosemary; Cotechino, lentil soup with pork sausage and salsa verde, Moscardini, baby octopus ragu with polenta and crouton and the Polpette, veal and pork meatballs with polenta. Available M-F, 11:30AM - 7 PM at the bar only.

The new Chinatown location of Circa officially opens on Wednesday, Feb. 21. At this outpost, expect more Asian-inspired fare, an extensive wine list, seasonal cocktails and rotating local craft beers. The space is beautifully redesigned and includes a Cherry Blossom inspired mural, lounge seating, two bars and flexible dining spaces.
