Jose Andres’ latest iteration of America Eats Tavern features iconic dishes that pay homage to America’s culinary tradition. Standout dishes include Hush Puppies with honey butter and trout roe; Vermicelli Mac and Cheese; BBQ platters featuring brisket, glazed chicken, pulled pork, and pork ribs; Whole Grilled Trout and more. The bright and airy rooftop is perfect for sipping on cocktails pre or post dinner.


Celebrate National Wine and Cheese Day (7/25) at Cheesetique in Mosaic District. Enjoy four special pairing boards deemed as “classics” and learn why the pairings are so popular. The best part? If you order one of the special boards, you’ll get 25% off your entire retail purchase. Boards are $20 each and come with a printed card explaining each pairing.

Taste cocktails from Legal Sea Foods’ new bar-focused concept, Legal Sea Bar at Union Station. Cocktails from the “Raising the Bar” menu include the Sea Bar Sangria (Spanish red wine, raspberry & citrus rums, Merlet Creme de Peche, lemon-lime soda, fresh fruit) the Deathwish Daiquiri (Plantation Original Dark & O.F.T.D. Overproof rums, Pierre Ferrand 1840 cognac, falernum and lime) and the Strawberry Smash (muddled strawberries and lime, strawberry vodka, ginger beer).


Remember those popsicles you used to eat every summer as a child? Bourbon Steak now has an adult version - bring on the Boozy Freeze pops! The fun spin on the nostalgic summer treat comes in a variety of flavors including the ever-popular Blue Flavor with Blue Curacao, Rujero Singrini Brandy, White Grape and Lime Juice.
