This Week: New Lunch Menu from Momofuku, Tiki Trail, Outdoor Film Festival
Eat.From the team behind Mezcalero Cocina Mexicana comes the Cuban-inspired Little Havana. Expect traditional and new twists on Cuban food including empanadas, Cuban rolls (think Cubano sandwich but served in egg roll form), in addition to dishes with a Caribbean flare. Pair these dishes with classic Cuban cocktails with a bar program led by Heriberto Casasanero.
Momofuku recently debuted a brand spanking new lunch menu with a focus on rotisserie - featuring dry-spiced chicken, a porchetta po’boy, prime beef dip, and edamame falafel. New sides from Chef Tae Strain include Korean kimchi, Mexican-inspired street corn and bing bread. Lunch available Monday-Friday from 11:30am-3pm.
Head to Old Town Alexandria for indulgent Steak Frites pairings at Brabo - choose from four different butcher cuts now available as part of Chef Sebastien Rondier’s new Steak Frites program. We recently checked out the brasserie’s newest offerings and it was AMAZING. Read more about it here.
