The Astor World Cup Lounge

For an upscale World Cup watching experience, head to the St. Regis where the bar will be transformed into the Astor World Cup Lounge where guests can enjoy internationally-inspired breakfast, lunch and beer specials throughout the World Cup. (923 16th St, NW; 202-638-2626)


Belga

The Belgian cafe at Barracks Row will show every game on TV - during Belgian matches, guests can expect happy hour specials and fan-favorite menu items. (514 8th St, SE; 202-544-0100)


Chatter

The downtown restaurant will host three viewing parties (June 24 for Poland vs. Colombia; June 25 for Spain vs. Morocco; June 26 for Nigeria vs. Argentina) where guests can enjoy $5 Caipirinhas, $4 house wine and sangria, $5 House Cuba Libre, $3.50 rotating beer of the day and $5 bites from the Tapas Menu. Dacha Beer Garden

The Dubliner

In addition to showing the games, the Capitol Hill Irish pub will be hosting a special contest with Teeling Irish Whiskey - purchase any Teeling drink and draw a World Cup player’s name from a hat; the guest who draws the name of the Golden Boot winner will win a jersey of their choice. The Swiss restaurant on H Street will air all of Switzerland’s matches live while offering Swiss food and drink specials, Swiss beer buckets and Schnapsickles - a frozen beverage combining Schnaps, fruit and wine. (1324 H St, NE; 202-733-4604)


World Cup Bar DC

The name says it all. Catch daily screenings of World Cup games on a 22-foot LED video wall at the large outdoor venue located at Buzzard Point. The main bar will offer speciality flights and brews from the competing countries as well as wine and bites from local food trucks. The pop-up bar is housed in the Field House DC and features 42,000 square feet of space to watch all of the soccer action including picnic tables, and a faux Astroturf seating area. World Cup HQ

Occupying the space of the former sports bar The Prospect on U Street, the pop up bar will serve as - you guessed it - the unofficial World Cup headquarters. Open every day for every live match, the bar will also replay each game during a “Happy Hour Rewind.” Sip on international beers, frozen limeade ritas, wines from around the world, and globally-inspired cocktails while chowing down on some of the best burgers in DC from Lucky Buns.
